About the Community

Winter MHP is a 55+ Senior Community located near shopping, medical facilities and local restaurants. The community consists of 170 mobile home lots and 60 RV spots. There is generous spacing between the mobile homes. Lush Palm trees line the entrance along with large oak trees to provide shade. Our residents run the association and provide ample events throughout the year. Winter is the right place to call home.

Daily and weekly rates include Electric. Electric is sub-metered on all monthly rentals and paid monthly. RV Rentals require a $250.00 deposit.
